Custom Sound/Taunt & Raw Mouse input

Hi ppl!

I and 4 friends of mine are playing q3/osp/cpma on our dedicated server. I wonder if I can change a taunt for a model with a custom one and let the other players hear that sound instead or if I can just sipmly add a soundfile to some pk3 file on server or something and play it occasionally so other players can hear. a custom taunt for a specific model is prefered.

Is this the default behavior on ioquake or do I need to change a cvar or something?
