Hi All, I’ve been searching my issue in this forum but had no luck.
Platform: macOS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G103) intelx86_64
Playing game very well, after suddenly crashed, I restarted the game by clicking ioquake3.app as usual but operating system asked mw to start game in safe mode or something like that, after that, the would only start in small window. Recompiled several times but had no luck. I’ve searched APPLE forum but get topics regarding “boot safe mode” only.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

I found the solution, Just needed to run game and setup FULLSCREEN MODE.
