Ioquake3 web version improvements discussion

@briancullinan2 I tried https://quake.games, pretty cool! How does WASI connect to browser APIs for WebGL/mouse/kbd/audio? Is there a standard runtime for that or is it custom code you wrote?

Unfortunately I see a lot of stuttering and long frames on my MacBook Air M1.
