you may be able to use the same script we use under Linux by installing the beta Ubuntu for Windows system available here:

Follow the instructions there for Linux, though you’ll probably want to skip over creating a new user and I’m not sure if a screen will persist without a running bash shell on Windows. Let me know if that works out for you, I’d be very interested in using these instructions for Windows 10 as well as Linux. I’ve been able to locally run a server on Windows 10 using these instructions.
