Team Arena won't start up

So I installed ioquake3 and then I inserted the pak0.pk3 for Quake 3 and Team Arena files in the baseq3 and mission pack folders respectively, started up ioquake3, selected Team Arena in the menu screen, but I got greeted with this and Team Arena didn’t start up.


I have no idea what I am supposed to do since I already have the pk3 file in there. Anyone knows?
