[SOLVED] CTRL-G shortcut does not work in AvP on Linux/Mac OS X

Hi

I know that Aliens vs Predator hasn’t been fully upgraded for SDL 2, but I noticed other issue on Mac OS X 10.9.5 and Ubuntu 14.04 (x86_64). I can not use a mouse cursor in this game, I tried to use shortcut CTRL-G, but it does not work on both operating systems.

I have it fixed locally for the SDL 2 version. I’ll make another release once I’m able to spend some time fixing a few of the remaining SDL 2 issues.

This problem was solved in the last version of AvP.
