Greetings to all, I am a new member on this forum and I need some help. I recently purchased this game Quake from Steam, but I am having a problem when I launch the game on my Windows PC. It’s still loading. Do you have any idea about how can I able to fix it?
Is there any specific error you’re getting?
Generally I am not not getting any specific error, but when its loading, at the certain of time, my PC does not allow me to go further. Then again I tried to launch the game and the same issue happens.

RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8GB*2 3200MHz
Storage - SSD WD 240GB
HDD - Barracuda 1TB

Actually after posting the thread here, I searched online for solving the issue and found some articles like this one. But this article suggested more solutions to resolve the issue. I followed some useful methods from there. First I run the game in compatibility mode and verified the all game files. Then I updated the graphics driver and performed a system restore. After doing the tasks properly, the problem got solved. There is no longer any issues while launching the game.
