Hi, just found this community while trying to rig up a home network of macs to play Quake with my kids. Old Macbook pro and new iMac play the newest build fine, but my 2010 iMac crashes during launch. This thread has me wondering if there is an incompatibility with just older MacMinis?
Welcome to ioquake3, Bill! Sorry you had trouble out of the gate, just to be sure, are you using a test build on all of the machines? What version of Mac OS is running on the machine that crashes? What message is displayed if any when it crashes?
