Higher-resolution lightmaps?

@ToKu Hey man, was just wondering how the parallax image/file is made? Is it like a black and white version of your texture with the _p.png ending?
Have started recreating q3dm2 - wanting to make it look all snazzy but the bump maps look like bubbly melted plastic in game and its driving me crazy so i really want to try the parallax mapping.
